SimpliSWMS Pty Limited (“simpliSWMS”) is committed to providing quality services to you and this Privacy Policy outlines SimpliSWMS’s ongoing obligations to you in respect of how it manages your personal information obtained through or displayed on the simpliSWMS (“Website”) or otherwise provided by users of the Website.
By using the Website or other products or services provided by SimpliSWMS (“Services”), you are taken to have read the Privacy Policy and agreed to the collection, use, disclosure and handling of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1.1. SimpliSWMS respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its customers and website visitors.

2. What is Personal Information?

7. Hosting and International Data Transfers
7.1 Information that SimpliSWMS collects may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties or sites located in countries outside of Australia, including the Philippines.
7.2 By using the Website or our services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information and to the transfer and storage of that information on SimpliSWMS’s and its service provider’s servers.
7.3 SimpliSWMS cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.
8. Security of your personal information
8.1 SimpliSWMS may use a variety of tools to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including, for example, 3rd party tools, reCaptcha, 2factor authentication.
8.2. Where SimpliSWMS employs data processors to process personal information on its behalf, SimpliSWMS only does so on the basis that such data processors comply with the requirements under Australian & New Zealand laws and that have adequate technical measures in place to protect personal information against unauthorised use, loss and theft.
8.3 SimpliSWMS cannot however guarantee unauthorised access and disclosure of your personal information. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Unless otherwise indicated on the Website, transmission of data and information on the Website is not secure or an encrypted transmission method for sending personal data
8.4 Although SimpliSWMS takes measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosure of information, information and personal data may be intercepted, lost, redirected, corrupted, changed and accessed by other people.
8.4 When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, SimpliSWMS will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information. However, most of the personal information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

9.1 You may access the personal information SimpliSWMS holds about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions.
9.2 You may request details of personal information that SimpliSWMS holds about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you would like a copy of the information which SimpliSWMS holds about you or believe that any information SimpliSWMS holds on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Website. In order to protect your personal information, SimpliSWMS may require identification from you before releasing requested information.
9.3 SimpliSWMS will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.
